Sicilian lentils
Sicilian lentils are ideal for soups and soups. Traditionally they represent a tasty and well-wishing side dish.






Method of preparation: wash the lentils thoroughly; put them on the fire in cold water in a preferably earthenware pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt.
A visual check is recommended before use for a possible presence of foreign bodies.
