Tolloy Pinot Nero
Pinot Nero Tolloy is produced from vineyards grown in South Tyrol on the hill of Pochi, a hamlet of Salorno. Excellent with red meats and aged cheeses.

Vinification: traditional in red at a controlled temperature around 25 ° C with frequent pumping over, punching down and partial aging in small oak barrels for about 10 months.

Taste: dry, bitter aftertaste, full, pleasantly tannic, notes of cherry and small berries.
