Schietto Nero d’Avola Bio Spadafora is an unfiltered Sicilian red wine. The grapes are cooled before vinification, the color extraction then occurs cold and only then will the fermentation begin with the skins for a period varying between 4 and 10 days without adding yeasts. The refinement takes place in oak barrels and steel.

From pure native Nero d'Avola grapes, the Dei Principi di Spadafora winery produces Schietto Nero d'Avola Selezione Limitata, a structured, harmonious organic red wine with great aromatic persistence. All stages of wine production, from work in the vineyard to vinification in the cellar, are carried out with great care to create a high-quality wine, naturally fermented from a pied de cuve of the same grapes harvested three days earlier and without the addition of sulfur.
