PHYSICAL AND ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES: Full pale yellow colour with evident green tinges. Harmonious and fruity flavour. 
Source: Vineyards located at F° 142 in the Monreale - Palermo region (Loc. Virzì.) 
Exposure: North - East 
Altitude: 300 metres above sea level 
Soil type: Sandy - clay 
Growing method: Counter - espalier 
Vineyard density: 2500 plants / ha 
Age:of the vines 1993 
Harvest time: August - September 
Yield: 50 hl / ha 
Wine - making process:Soft pressing. 
Alcoholic fermentation:18°C., with skin contact maceration. 
Ageing: 6 months and part in barriques. 
Quantity: 75 cl. 
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: all fish dishes, white meat and poultry. Excellent with cheeses.
