The Dei Principi di Spadafora farm produces with passion and dedication an extraordinary pure Syrah, the result of careful work in the vineyard and in the cellar. Only organic grapes grown in Contrada Virzì, in an area around its cellar, processed with care, carefully selected and hand-picked at the right point of ripeness. From the expert work that accompanies all the phases from the cultivation of the grapes to spontaneous fermentation and refinement in cement tanks and then in the bottle, a fresh organic Syrah is born, well-balanced and rich in the typical aromas of the variety.
