Here in Sicily it has found an optimum environment to reach a good level of ripeness But above all, thanks to our wine-making techniques, it has expressed unique and territorial characteristics.

The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.
