The Health box offers Orange, Cardo, Sulla and Eucalyptus honeys.
The Sport box offers Dill, Millefiori, Almond and Asphodel honeys.
All types of honey are cold extracted and keep their individual properties unaltered. Their excellent quality and rarity have ensured that they have been recognized as a Slow Food Presidium.

The first and most important producer of Sicilian Black Bee honey is Carlo Amodeo, promoter of the recognition of Sicilian Black Bee honey as a Slow Food Presidium. His company is located at the foot of the park of Monte San Calogero in Termini Imerese. Here the honey extraction takes place but the apiaries are located throughout Sicily and this allows the production of fine single-flower honeys. Amodeo's production technique consists in taking honey from the hives every week to avoid oxidation of the honey due to the high temperatures of the hive (35°C). It is cold extracted and after decanting it is placed in jars and placed in a cold room at 5°C, thus preserving all its properties.

HEALTH BOX: consists of Orange, Thistle, Sulla and Eucalyptus honeys.
Characteristics Thistle Honey: intense flavor and smell; it has digestive and detoxifying properties
Characteristics Sulla Honey: delicate flavor with a pleasant vegetable note; it has laxative properties and stimulates diuresis
Characteristics Eucalyptus Honey: strong but more pleasant flavor than the intense smell of eucalyptus; it has balsamic properties for the throat and disinfectants for wounds
SPORT BOX: it is made up of Dill, Millefiori, Almond and Asphodel honeys.
Characteristics Dill Honey: rich in mineral salts, strong flavor with a slightly bitter aftertaste; has digestive and antibacterial properties
Characteristics Vulcano Millefiori Honey: delicate flavor with an aromatic aftertaste at times spicy; excellent sweetener with antibacterial properties
Characteristics Almond Honey: initially delicate taste that immediately gives way to the bitterness of almonds; it has digestive and detoxifying properties
Characteristics Honey of Asphodel: delicate honey with a slight acidulous aftertaste; it has restorative, antibacterial and healing properties
