Since 1985 the Chardonnay grapes have been grown in the vineyards of Ulmo and Maroccoli, unique for their position and terroir, to give life to an unmistakably Sicilian Chardonnay.

Viognier DOC - Mandrarossa Winery
Viognier by Mandrarossa is a Sicilian white wine that smells of apricot obtained from 100% Viognier grapes. In Sicily, this international grape gives life to wines with intense and enveloping aromas thanks to the rich and fresh soils located near water sources, the "senie". Perfect for a romantic candlelit dinner.

Dry wine, lingering long in the mouth, very elegant, fine, with a silky consistency. It has good acidity, which is never aggressive and mixes in well, also a notably aromatic and lasting quality. 

Grillo Mandrarossa - White Sicilian vine par excellence
The Grillo by Mandrarossa is a Monovarietal white wine obtained from the native Sicilian vine par excellence. It represents the most authentic expression of the Menfi territory, where the type of soil, its exposure, the microclimate ensure that each cultivar has a distinctive and unrepeatable personality. Sipping this Grillo, you will discover a fresh and young Sicilian wine with notes of citrus, medlar, prickly pear and basil, typical aromas of our Sicily. Grillo The terebinth is a shrub with glossy fronds, always associated with Sicily and the Mediterranean countryside from east to west. The Planeta Terebinto is a single-variety Grillo; aromatic and intense on the nose with notes of pink grapefruit, balanced and complex on the palate.

Gewurztraminer Tolloy is produced from vineyards grown in Alto Adige on the hill of Pochi, a hamlet of Salorno. Excellent with first courses, second courses based on shellfish, asparagus, tasty cooked pasta cheeses.

Giovin Re by Michele Satta is a Tuscan white wine made from 100% Viognier grapes. Vinified and aged in re-dried barriques and half in cement, it has an extraordinary typically Mediterranean aroma and strength.

Passiperduti by Donnafugata is a pure Grillo of great elegance and complexity, versatile and intriguing to combine with different dishes, from aperitifs to desserts.
