Viognier Le Sènie 2023 Mandrarossa Winery
Intense and enveloping Sicilian white wine from the international grape variety originating from the Rhone valley. A fruity and soft viognier, perfect for a fresh and inebriating aperitif.

Soils: mainly silty sand soils

Vinification: cryomaceration of the grapes at a temperature of 5-8°C for 4/6 days. Then the must ferments for 15/20 days at 16-18°C
Aging: in steel vats for 4 months
Alcoholic content: 13.5% vol
Color: yellow with golden reflections
Nose: bouquet with notes of ripe fruit such as loquat, yellow peach and apricot
Palate: full and opulent, with fruity aromas and a delicate minerality. On the finish it offers notes of bitter almond
Pairings: Excellent with grilled swordfish, fish couscous and tempura shrimps
