Still white wine with a lively character and great gustatory balance between elegance and freshness, Zahara by Casa Grazia is an intense and persistent organic Sicilian Grillo whose grapes are nourished by the flavor of Lake Biviere, the largest coastal lake in Sicily. The sapidity of the lake, the salinity that blows from the coast and the Mediterranean aromas ensure that the Biviere grapes give life to great wines characterized by the right balance between character and elegance.
