Wine produced with Primitivo grapes grown in the province of Taranto. Manual harvest at right ripeness with careful selection of the grapes. Manual selection of the bunch with a selector belt, fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature, traditional maceration for 20-25 days, good use of delestage and pumping over.

Pleasant finish, poured by notes of chocolate and licorice.
