Pate Olive White

White olive paté is a condiment widely used to flavor pasta dishes, or as a cream to spread on canapés or bruschetta.
We could say that it is the heritage of all the rich olive-producing regions, such as Liguria, Tuscany and Sicily, which each prepare it with their own variations.
Preparation: The freshly picked olives are pitted and minced, oregano, salt and oil are added to the mixture thus prepared.
Ingredients: Olives, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and natural flavourings.
