Dry tomatoes
Cultivated in the countryside of Sicily, dried tomatoes are handpicked, hand washed, and hand selected ensuring quality, flavour, ripeness, and good colour. After the selection process, the finest tomatoes are then partially dried and packaged with oil, ensuring the product is free from any commercial, chemical, or pasteurized processes.






Sicily, thanks to the mildness of its climate and the fertility of its lands, is able to produce tomatoes throughout its territory and in every period of the year.
Preparation: First, soften the tomatoes slightly by dipping them in boiling water and draining them immediately, then let them dry well on a cloth for 12 hours so that they lose their humidity and are completely dry.
Let's proceed with the potting: we divide them into the jars with the garlic cloves and natural flavourings. We coat them with the oil and seal hermetically.
Ingredients: Tomato, sunflower seed oil, salt and natural flavourings.
