Spicy peasant mushrooms - typical Sicilian product
The best champignon mushrooms meet the liveliness of spicy peppers, made by the Ortoledda company. It is considered the best known, loved and appreciated type of pickles.
The mushrooms are collected during the right period, washed, cleaned and sliced, then following an artisanal process according to typical Sicilian traditions.
Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), sweet red pepper, vinegar flavored (sulphites), sunflower oil, chilli pepper, mint, oregano, garlic, parsley, salt. Contains celery.
Use: Ideal as a side dish in second courses, as an appetizer or condiment for bruschetta and bread with cold cuts
