Obtained from Zibibbo grapes, Jasmin by Firriato is an elegant white wine rich in taste thanks to the aromatic characteristic of this native vine, vinified dry. Well represents the sunshine, the conviviality of Sicily and the Mediterranean charm. Great to drink in the company of friends.

MATURATION: 3 months “sur lie”, on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with daily shaking

TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.70 g/l (average)
COLOR: Straw yellow color with greenish shades.
NOSE: Flowery and elegant, citrus fruit envelopped by scents of Jasmin and Mediterranean shrubland.
PALATE: Fragrant and sapid, wide and harmonic; a persuasive fruit with a range of citrus fruits from yellow to red.
PAIRING: Excellent with sea couscous, shellfish and fish-based dishes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C-10°C
