Ripasso Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC - Zenato Winery

Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and a small part of Pinot Bianco, Alma Brut is born from the union of about 60 selections of grapes from the same harvest but from different vineyards (horizontal assembly) with some "reserve" wines from previous vintages (blending vertical) that enrich the already ample olfactory and gustatory heritage of Alma Cuvée. Important is the fermentation and élevage of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels which give Alma intensity and complexity. The result is a Franciacorta of excellent elegance and persuasive finesse, with a vibrant character supported without any compromise by a freshness that maintains its persistence for a long time.
