Ambra Rossa is an alcoholic drink made from cinnamon, cloves, chilli and orange peel, which is characterized by intensity and delicacy in taste. The scent is lively and refers to the spices being infused.
The preparation is done by hand, leaving the spices and orange peel in hydroalcoholic infusion for a short period. The liqueur is obtained by mixing the infusion obtained with a syrup made with water and sugar.
Use in the kitchen / Pairing:
Perfect as a digestive; in winter it is served at room temperature, in summer it is served ice-cold.
It should be stored in the dark, in a cool and dry place.
