Organic hulled broad beans - La Riserva del Re
The shelled broad beans produced by the Riserva del Re are large broad beans of the Monreale variety. Unlike fresh broad beans, dried broad beans are characterized by herbaceous and earthy notes, more astringent to the taste and very rich in nuanced notes.
Bring to your table an organic product with a very low fat content, but with a high intake of proteins, fibers, iron and phosphorus.
Use them to prepare stews, soups, soups and as a side dish. Alone or with other legumes or cereals, you will get creamy and genuine dishes with a rustic but refined taste.
Storage: in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight.
Tip: pre-soak 30 minutes. Cook for about 1 hour.
