Nocellara Etnea green olives are grown following the conventional agriculture regime. After harvesting, the olives are crushed in the artisan laboratory, to facilitate the ''debittering'' of the product. Then follows the salting and fermentation phase. Finally the product is selected, desalted, dried, seasoned and packaged, bringing traditions and typical flavors of the Sicilian land to your tables, without the use of preservatives.
