The Pinot Bianco of Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine obtained from the homonymous vine. It is a wine for the whole meal, it goes pleasantly with appetizers, aperitifs, dishes based on fish and shellfish, soups and soft cheeses. Drunk chilled, it is an excellent aperitif.

Catarratto Chardonnay by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine, with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and hints of Sicilian white flowers. Intense, fruity with remarkable character. Fresh and persistent on the palate.

A blend that – like a fortunate relationship – knows how to be youthfully fresh and rich in complexity after many years.

The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.

Typical Sicilian wine with Mediterranean aromas
Produced in the Monreale area, Inzolia Sallier de la Tour is a fresh and drinkable wine, obtained from the traditional white vinification of 100% Inzolia grapes. It is in particular this autochthonous white grape variety that gives us Sicilian wine with the typical Mediterranean aromas of orange blossom, lemon flowers and almonds.
