Cygnus DOC Tasca D'Almerita
Obtained from high hill Nero D'Avola grapes and Cabernet Sauvignon, Cygnus is an elegant, soft and sinuous Sicilian red wine. It is ideally dedicated to the composer Wagner who in 1881 completed "Parsifal" inspired by the swans of the small lake of Villa Tasca.

Wine Analytical Data: pH 3.41 - TA 6.19 g/l - RS 0.80 g/l - TE 34.10 g/l.
Colour: Ruby red of good intensity.
Bouquet: Mulberry, blackberry, raspberry, vanilla, tobacco and black pepper.
Taste: Fruity, fragrant with acidity soft and well balanced.
After taste: Sweet and persistent tannin.
