This creative experiment of the Counts Tasca d’Almerita confirm it, and Nero d’Avola conjugated with Cabernet Sauvignon give birth to an admirable and enchanting wine, the latest blossom in the Tasca garden. The swan that Wagner saw at Villa Tasca and which ordained the birth of Parsifal. A swan that is young, pure, enchanted, and ultra-modern.

Training system: Espalier.

Soil: Medium mixture with a tendency to wards clayey texture.
Harvest period: September and October.
Yield per Ha: 5.5 t.
Fermentation: Traditional in red.

Fermentation temperature: 28°C.
Malolactic fermentation: Totally developped.
Refinement: 10 months in 300 litres Allier & Tronçais oak barrels, 25% new, 75% second passage; 10 months in bottle.
