Hekate Feudo Arancio
Hekate was the Greek Goddess who bestowed kindness and wealth. She also acted as a guardian of youth. From Sicily, the land of ancient history, divinity and hidden treasures, Feudo Arancio introduces its new Passito wine. The grapes are dried naturally until they become raisin-like making them highly concentrated with natural grape sugars.

At the end of September - beginning of October, the grapes, now withered, are pressed softly and the must rich in sugars and aromas is left to ferment at a controlled temperature in a stainless steel tank for 7-8 months. Refinement in the bottle for a minimum period of 4 months before release.
Organoleptic characteristics: On the nose, Hekate offers a myriad of sensations ranging from the initial notes of flowers such as jasmine to the tropical aroma with very delicate notes of mango and papaya. In the mouth it is sweet, intense, complex but at the same time very balanced, harmonious and elegant. The finish is persistent with fruity and balsamic sensations.
Alcoholic content: 12%
Pairings: Dessert and meditation wine, it expresses its best with traditional Sicilian desserts such as cannoli, cassata, almond and pistachio pastes. Also perfect with baked desserts such as fruit tarts, walnut cake and hazelnut crunchies. For the more whimsical, a combination with semi-mature hard cheeses (caciocavallo, Ragusan provola) or tropical fruit is recommended.
