Far from being stuck in the past, however, Sicily also holds its own with exciting blends, such as the traditional Chardonnay varietal with natives Grillo, Inzolia, Cataratto, Grecanico. White wines stand out for freshness, minerality and aromatic complexity.
This is a fresh wine, which should be consumed within two years. The name refers to my family's Spanish origins and we produce 75,000 bottles of it.
The grapes are equal quantities of Catarratto and Inzolia, fermented separately. The wines are blended in November.
Inzolia by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine with a deep straw yellow color. Intense and harmonious bouquet with hints of fruit and white flowers. Fresh, lively, harmonious and persistent flavour.
The Pinot Bianco of Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine obtained from the homonymous vine. It is a wine for the whole meal, it goes pleasantly with appetizers, aperitifs, dishes based on fish and shellfish, soups and soft cheeses. Drunk chilled, it is an excellent aperitif.
Catarratto Chardonnay by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine, with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and hints of Sicilian white flowers. Intense, fruity with remarkable character. Fresh and persistent on the palate.

Cantine Fina's Mamarì is not the classic Sauvignon Blanc but it is a Sicilian Sauvignon Blanc. Widespread in Sicily since the mid-nineties, the vine has found an ideal habitat that has allowed it to develop unique and unmistakable typical Sicilian olfactory and gustatory characteristics. It is a fresh wine vinified in steel with fruity and floral notes. Great to accompany sushi and sashimi!

Inzolia Molino a Vento is a well structured wine with a fresh and savory taste, with a long and persistent finish. It presents intense aromas ranging from fruity aromas of green apple to acacia floral.
Zibibbo Bahar is one of the six autochthonous mono-varietals that best represent the peculiarities and nuances of the Valle del Belìce area.
It is a wine with an intense yellow color, with fruity and floral aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, peaches and yellow melons, the result is a great taste-olfactory balance.
It belongs to the medium-compact ''Terra Bianca'' category. The dry microclimate with good water retention makes this land the ideal habitat for the cultivation of native white varietals.
Produced with the Charmat method, MaKiSè by Fina wineries is a young sparkling wine from 100% Grillo grapes. Fermentation in autoclave at low temperature gives it freshness and vivacity. Fruity notes and pleasant sapidity for a good white wine, evocative of the scents and the sea of Sicily.
