White Wines

Dawn on the gentle salt hills; a soft hum of windmills: this is the landscape in which we cultivate our vineyards. The fusion of these two nobile grape varieties expresses a wine with a rich perfume and a refined flavour.

Our Grillo wine is grown on the slopes of Mount Erice, a provenance of the happiest union between cultivation and land. This is a sunny wine with unique characteristics.

Inzolia Molino a Vento is a well structured wine with a fresh and savory taste, with a long and persistent finish. It presents intense aromas ranging from fruity aromas of green apple to acacia floral.

Zibibbo Bahar is one of the six autochthonous mono-varietals that best represent the peculiarities and nuances of the Valle del Belìce area.
It is a wine with an intense yellow color, with fruity and floral aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, peaches and yellow melons, the result is a great taste-olfactory balance.
It belongs to the medium-compact ''Terra Bianca'' category. The dry microclimate with good water retention makes this land the ideal habitat for the cultivation of native white varietals.

White wine from Carricante and Catarratto on volcanic soil, Etna Bianco is a wine with a scent of white fruit and jasmine flowers with light citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant and harmonious.
It falls into the category of ''TerraLavica'', the soil of Etna has made this territory unique for its mineral characteristics, where various natives of the volcano are cultivated.
Product that very much reflects audacity and elegance thanks to its characteristics, with a slightly almondy finish, which gives balance and persistence.
