What are the characteristics of the Sul Vulcano Etna Bianco Doc Donnafugata wine?
A completely Sicilian jewel composed of Carricante grapes that grows on the slopes of Etna, between Randazzo and Castiglione di Sicilia. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand afterwards. The aging takes place partly in steel and partly in used French oak barriques for 10 months. It ends with a period of at least 7 months in the bottle.
