Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced exclusively from olives harvested and pressed in Sicily, its area of origin. Prevalent varieties include Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola. Its unique characteristics are such to merit the recognition of the EEC Protected Designation of Origin P.D.O.

The intense velvety scent, with notes of green tomatoes, make this oil particularly suitable to dress (in its raw state) fish and vegetable side dishes.

The “Biologic extra virgin olive oil TerraMadre”, borns on the “Nebrodi Mountains”, on ancient and kind lands warmed by the hot sun. The farming and cultivation of the olives, grow without chimical product and pesticide. They grow in natural conditions following the biologic standard production. So that small olives “Minuta” and the full bodies olives “Ogliarola Messinese” grow and ripen.

The oil has a wonderful green colour and a fresh bouquet of herbs, citrus fruit, artichokes and tomatoes. It has a delicate and full flavour and its characteristics, already displayed during the pressing, are preserved throughout thanks to careful attention at every stages of the production. 
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Il Feudo"
The extra virgin olive oil "Il Feudo" is an excellent quality organic oil, mainly obtained from the "minuta" variety, and cold extracted through the Superdecanter X15 of the Tuscan Mechanical Workshops, thanks to which the oil is free of impurities and it preserves its organoleptic characteristics since it does not undergo a further passage in the final separator.
