Freshness and elegance characterize the Brut Q 1000 of Abbazia Santa Anastasia, an organic sparkling wine. Pinot Noir vinified in white and sparkling according to the Classic Method. A persistent Blanc de Noir, with the right balance between acidity and flavor.

Production technieque: Vinification without the skins and soft pressing of the grapes. Low-temperature fermentation of the base wine. Refermentation in the spring following the vintage at a controlled temperature of 17°C
Ageing: on the lees for 24 months, manual riddling on racks
Alcohol content: 11.5% vol
Perlage: a fine and silky perlage
Bouquet: delicate scents of bread crust, mineral notes and a mild hint of currant
Palate: crisp, sapid and full-bodied. Supple, with a good balance between acidity and tanginess
Serving temperature: 6–8°C
Pairings: excellent sparkling wine for an aperitif. Perfect with dishes based on fish, molluscs and crustaceans, raw fish, fish tartar and vegetables
