Intense ruby color. Ample, rich scent with intense notes of wild red berries, delicate spicy notes with a predominance of white pepper. Soft, warm and inviting flavor with warm long hints, very persistent, delicate soft tannins with ripe fruit in prominence and great minerality.

Production Technique: Red wine vinification with destemming and light cold maceration in cement vats, subsequent alcoholic fermentation with frequent punchings and variable temperature from 22 to 28°C, at least 1 délestage per day, dwell time on the skins for another 15 days after fermentation.
Ageing: Natural malolactic fermentation in steel tanks with a light break on fine lees for 6-8 months.
Alcoholic content: 13% vol
Pairings: indicated for wild game dishes and main courses with grilled veal.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
