Chardonnay selected from the Santa Anastasia vineyards, harvested when almost overly ripe and golden from sun exposure.

It takes its name from the woods of the town of Salemi. Angimbé, a wine marked by its scent ranging from the perfume of fresh flowers to that of ripe fruit, is born from the union of the Sicilian personality of Insolia grapes and the elegance of Chardonnay grapes.

Fiano by Mandrarossa - Organic wineMandrarossa Fiano is a Sicilian white wine, made from 100% Fiano grapes from the vineyards located in Menfi. Calcareous soils with the typical white stones, locally called “ciaca bianca”, afford the ideal conditions for fiano. The result is a wine that expresses an extraordinary balance of scents and minerality.

Each varietal is harvested separately to ensure optimal ripening. Grapes are destemmed, crushed and the resultant must is rapidly chilled to 39°F on its way to the pneumatic presses. Some portions of the fruit are given skin contact in order to extract flavor and body.

Light straw yellow wine with greenish tints. The aroma is fresh and vegetable, with notes of broom and salt. The taste is fresh, lively and agreeable.

Bianca di Valguarnera by Duca di Salaparuta is a Sicilian white wine of great tradition obtained from Insolia grapes. Aged in oak barrels, it shows a complex and aromatic bouquet with hints of vanilla and dried fruit. A white wine for important occasions, also perfect as a meditation wine.

Eruzione 1614 Carricante by Planeta is a Sicilian white wine from Carricante grapes, with a small addition of Riesling. Versatile wine with a perfect balance between freshness and flavour

Prio Catarratto Lucido - Donnafugata Cellars
Sensual and fragrant white wine, Prio by Donnafugata is a Catarratto, or Lucido, an indigenous Sicilian mono-varietal that gives joy at the first sip. Let yourself be conquered by a glass of Passobianco 2020 wine by Passopisciaro, a Sicilian Chardonnay in purity grown on deep and mineral soils on the steep terraces of Contrada Guardiola at 850-1000 m asl. Passobianco 2020 is a vintage of excellent quality and it is characterized by freshness, good acidity and minerality. Its complexity is due to the combination of specific light conditions, temperature range, high altitude and volcanic soil that are found only on Etna.

Brilliant straw yellow, on the nose SurSur offers a fresh bouquet with notes of white fleshed fruit (peach and plum) combined with scents of wildflowers. A soft palate, the fruity notes return combined with pleasant freshness.

Organic white wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Synesthesia is brilliant, pale straw yellow with slight greenish shades. On the nose floral and fruity, with clear notes of the primary grape aromas, well blended with hints of citrus and mineral nuances.The taste is full and persistent, well balanced, good minerality and acidity, well balanced by the low alcohol wine.

From the synthesis between tradition and innovation, Bertolino Soprano is born, a fragrant and seductive Grillo grown on limestone soils.

Produced from a grape that loves altitude and lava lands, Riesling Eruzione 1614 is a cru of Etna grown in the Sciaranuova vineyards, at whose border the legendary eruption of 1614, which lasted 10 years, stopped.

Passiperduti by Donnafugata is a pure Grillo of great elegance and complexity, versatile and intriguing to combine with different dishes, from aperitifs to desserts. Good structure, flavor and persistence for a white wine with a floral and poetic soul. In fact, he manages to evoke some lines from Giacomo Leopardi's "Infinity". The same name Passiperduti and the label of the bottle are a reminder of the serenity and inner peace you feel when contemplating nature.

Larcéra Mandrarossa - Organic Vermentino from Sicily
Sicilian wine from organic grapes, Larcera is the Vermentino by Mandrarossa, a fresh, mineral, savory and versatile white wine. The quality and excellent yield of the vine are due to the exposure of the vineyards to the south, the climate of the area and the proximity of the sea.
Larcera is part of the Mandrarossa Innovative Wines Collection, wines that do not always belong to the local wine tradition, but that show a new and original face of Sicily. The label takes its name from a district of the municipality of Santa Margherita del Belice, one of the growing areas of this extraordinary Mediterranean variety.
