Harmonium Grappa riserva is a blend of acquavite of different vintages, distilled over a maximum period of 5 years and aged in barrels of limousine oak, beech, chestnut, mulberry and cherry. Each type of wood contributes to a specific characterization of absolute authenticity and craftsmanship.

This grappa is obtained from the marcs of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, of the vineyard of Serra dell Contessa Etna Red D.O.C. Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio are cultivated on the eastern slopes of Etna at 400 m asl.

This grappa is obtained from the marcs of Carricante, of the vineyard of Pietramarina Etna Biano Superiore D.O.C. Carricante is cultivated on the eastern slopes of Etna at 920 m asl.

Marsala wine and not fortified Marsala
Produced for the first time in 1980, Vecchio Samperi is a wine without equal. It is the wine of the pre-British Marsala tradition, the "wine of Marsala" which could not be called Marsala because it is not fortified as required by the Marsala Vergine specification. To make Vecchio Samperi, the De Bartolis use the ancient perpetuum aging method (similar to Solera system) that, through the addition of some new, young wine to wines that are already being aged in barrels, allows to create a harmonious blend of different vintages, with a unique and inimitable taste.

Primitivo Muro Sant'Angelo Contrada Barbatto - Tenute Chiaromonte
Contrada Barbatto Muro Sant'Angelo is a niche edition of the Primitivo DOC Gioia del Colle by Tenute Chiaromonte. It comes from grapes grown in a small vineyard of ancient trees. The color is deep red. The aromas are those of plum jam and bitter chocolate that barely covers the smoky notes. Do not miss the typical scents of the Mediterranean maquis. On the palate it is cherry-like, deep and intense, with very soft tannins.

The Amarone is a small jewel of Zenato's wines, made from outstanding corvina, rondinella and sangiovese grapes of the Valpolicella Classico zone, in the communes of Sant’Ambrogio, Negrar, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano.
