For this wine, we rely on the oldest vines in the Podere Massoni vineyard, planted on shaley-clay soils, on a low yield of 70 quintals per hectare, and a fairly late harvest date (mid October).

Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a well-structured red wine, produced from Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes, mainly grown in the Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella vineyard.

From the Ripasso method comes Zenato's Ripassa Valpolicella, a refined, full-bodied and very velvety wine, the result of the best selection of Valpolicella "re-passed" on the Amarone pomace. The second short fermentation enriches this Venetian wine in aroma, structure and softness, making it one of the most important wines of the Zenato winery.

Rosè wine from Nero d’Avola grapes with fruit and flower flavouring, harmoniuos and balanced, versatile. Perfect as an aperitif and with Italian cuisine. 

A real jewel, yellow in colour, pale yellow with green overtones. Dry, fragrant with hints of fruit. Grape varieties: Cataratto, Inzolia and Grillo 

Deep red colour , bearing fruit with a distinctive character , full-bodied , big and persisting on the palate. Aged for six months in small American oak barrels. Grape varieties : Nero d'Avola and Nocera.

The Amarone is a small jewel of Zenato's wines, made from outstanding corvina, rondinella and sangiovese grapes of the Valpolicella Classico zone, in the communes of Sant’Ambrogio, Negrar, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano.

A selection of the best organic grapes of Nero d'Avola variety, bearing fruit and full-bodied. Aged for six months in oak barrels.
