Each varietal is harvested separately to ensure optimal ripening. Grapes are destemmed, crushed and the resultant must is rapidly chilled to 39°F on its way to the pneumatic presses. Some portions of the fruit are given skin contact in order to extract flavor and body.

Pinot Nero Eruzione 1614 is a cru of Etna produced from vineyards that grow above the lava flow of the famous eruption of 1614, which lasted 10 years.

Calamossa Mandrarossa comes from the selection of the best autochthonous white berried grapes from the Menfi area and the surrounding areas. Its name is a tribute to the splendid inlet set between vineyards and sea, located in an uncontaminated strip of land, dotted with Mediterranean scrub and marsh flora.

Dark ruby red, very intense with notes of cherry, plums and red apple on the nose. Medium structure, pleasantly tannic, with a lingering fruity finish.

His Rosso del Soprano, a blend based on a wine known in antiquity as Mamertino, comes from the native Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, and Nocera grapes. 

Catarratto and chardonnay grapes give this wine fresh Mediterranean scents and a savoury, elegant flavour with a typical hint of bitter almonds. Piano Maltese is the heart of the Tenuta Rapitalà, gentle hills at between 300 and 600 metres altitude, which, because of their history, terrain and climate endow wines with a special character. 

Among the international vines, Syrah has found in the Tenuta di Borgo Guarini, on the western coast of Sicily, an ideal habitat to express all the characteristics that distinguish it. The deep ruby red mantle of Altavilla della Corte Syrah anticipates the typical spicy notes of the grape's bouquet and stands out for its warm and Mediterranean soul.
