It has disinfectant properties for the urinary tract and is suitable for diabetics because its sugar content is mainly due to fructose.

Sulla Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, Sulla Honey takes its name from the pollination of Sulla (Hedysarium coronarium), a perennial herbaceous plant, typical of the Mediterranean, belonging to legumes. It is a spring honey of Sicilian Black Bee. It has laxative and diuretic properties and is restorative and energizing. It is ideal for sportsmen and children.

Bramble Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Bramble Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Nectar produced in summer in the Messina and Palermo areas, has a dark amber color and a strong but pleasant taste. It is indicated for inflammation of the mouth.

Asphodel Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Sicilian Black Bee Asphodel Honey is a Slow Food honey. It is a rare nectar with restorative, antibacterial and healing properties. It is suitable for children because it has a very pleasant taste without a strong aftertaste.

The Health box offers Orange, Cardo, Sulla and Eucalyptus honeys.

Dill Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Dill Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a summer honey produced in Sicily from an aromatic plant with a smell similar to fennel. Thanks to its digestive and antispasmodic properties, dill honey is a Sicilian nectar suitable for intestinal inflammation. Very rich in mineral salts, it is also a powerful natural antibacterial.

Carob Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Carob Honey from Sicilian Black Bees is a Slow Food Presidium. Produced in Sicily, it is a rare honey with limited quantities because it is a winter honey. Carob honey, like all winter honeys, is richer in antioxidants and polyphenols than other honeys. Crystallizing quickly, it takes on an almost creamy consistency similar to a toffee to slowly melt in the mouth. In addition to its diuretic and anti-anaemic properties, Sicilian black bee carob honey is a Sicilian nectar recommended for smokers because it is an excellent antiseptic for the respiratory tract.

Only the best Moscato (100%) grapes are selected, grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto. The grapes are dried producing a wine golden in colour with intense and persistent perfume of oranges, peaches, apricots and orange flowers. Harmonious, gentle and elegant. On the palate it is quite sweet, fresh, well balanced, mounthfilling and persistent.

The grapes Petit Verdot (100%) are grown at 650 metres above sea level in the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela. It is a rich and complex wine matured in Allier oak barrels for 14 mounths. Intense nose, lightly herbaceous with hints of liquorice, bitter cocoa and balsamic notes and spices. Intense red colour with a big strucureand persistent finish. Excellent axample of a great wine.

Salici 100% Merlot, the grapes benefit from the difference in temperatures between day and night that is characteristic of the Pianetto area. After the vinification the wine is matured for 12 mounths in Allier oak barrels. Ruby colour with garnet hue, on the nose one detects blackberries, blackcurrants, vanilla and toasted bread.

Grillo by Baglio di Pianetto is an organic white wine produced at 700 meters above sea level. Pure Grillo grapes grown on an extraordinary mountain terroir. A dynamic, pleasant high-altitude white wine with marked minerality.
