Natural Passito Ecrù - Firriato Winery
The Ecrù is a natural sweet wine of unusual finesse, produced from Zibibbo grapes. The uniqueness of the L'Ecrù Passito is given by the method of infusing the raisin grapes into the wine, without prolonged, interrupted and distributed fermentation. The grapes in contact with the wine swell and release their aromas for a passito of incomparable balance. On the palate the aromatic notes of orange blossom and lemongrass manifest themselves and are delicately combined with the aroma of dates and orange peel.

Chiaramonte Nero d'Avola is the personification of Sicily's most important native grape variety - from its intense purple colour to its unmistakable character. Made from 100% Nero d'Avola, the nose is a rush of black fruits and spices. The palate is extraordinary round and complete, with a completely natural and effortless balance of tannin and acidity, structure and lenght.
