Cincu Tummina Irias is a craft beer. 5 like the ancient Sicilian grains with which it is made: Bidì, Maiorca, Perciasacchi, Russello and Tumminia. The Tumminu is also the unit of measurement of ancient wheat.

Ambra Irias is a blonde and sensual and spicy beer, with evident citrus notes, light body and moderate bitterness.

Birra Aura Irias is a Saison-style blonde beer, spicy, with the citrus notes of coriander that blend with the floral of Czech and German hops.

Ruba Irias is a red beer with a strong character, a bitter taste but balanced by the sweetness of the malts. The aromas of plum, caramel, toasted malt intersect with the floral of English hops.

Birra Nigra Irias is a dark beer in the Imperial Stout style. It has aromas of coffee, chocolate, hazelnut, licorice. Full taste, persistent velvety, balanced bitterness, impenetrable black color.

The wine D'Istinto Syrah Caltrasi shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The family of Moscato grapes includes both light and dark varieties,present for centuries along the shores of the Mediterranean.

A red-purple colour, it has an intense blackberry aroma and is layered and polished on the palate.

Merlot grapes from distinguished dry land sites have made a wine with a strong deep purple colour and lifted plum and spice aromas. The palate starts deep, with dark elegant and spicy flavours. Barrel fermentation has given dimension and texture to the dark cherry fruit and leads to a concentrated and persistent finish.

Dark and beautiful, this Sicilian 50-50% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot  blend lavishes deep cherry fruit and layered earth and leather tones. It’s a ripe and round wine that definitely needs to be consumed with a hearty meal.
