100% Viognier, we believe this excellent grape represents a wine for the future which is not yet very well known in Sicily. The wine shows the skills of the Sicilian winemaking techniques. The green harvest, the sun, the altitude and the meticulous selection of grapes are matured for three mounths in barriques, giving extra complexity to this wine.

The grapes Viognier (50%) and Insolia (50%), are grown at 650 metres above sea level on the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela; they are mixed together to produce a wine that is fresh and elegant wuth intense and persistent aromas; in the beginning there are floral notes, then slowly the change to tropical fruits.

The grapes Nero D’Avola (100%) selected for Cembali are produced from vineyards (8625 wines per herctare) sligtly inclined on the Baroni Estate in the area of Noto, historically known for producing Nero D'Avola. The grapes are matured in Allier barriques for 14 mounths. Ruby colour with a complex aroma of black fruit and spices. Rich, deep and generous with a very long length.

The grapes Syrah are grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto, blended with the grapes Merlot, which are grown at 650 metres above sea level on the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela.

This wine is made from Nero D'Avola (50%), grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto, and Merlot (50%), grown at 650 metres above sea level in the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela.

The grapes Nero D'Avola (100%) are grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto. Only perfect grapes are picked at the correct time of maturation. 

A seal of love between people and grape varieties. Nozze d’Oro is Conte Giuseppe Tasca’s tribute to his wife France after 50 years of marriage. And it was also a bond between Inzolia and Tasca Sauvignon – a clone that has existed at the Estate since the end of the Great War. A blend that – like a fortunate relationship – knows how to be youthfully fresh and rich in complexity after many years.

Towards the end of the 60’s, Count Giuseppe decided to create a special reserve of Regaleali Rosso, capable of aging like other great international red wines. A challenge he won in 1970 and renewed in successive vintages.

Classic method sparkling wine
Almerita Brut is a Sicilian vintage created in 1987 for the friends of Count Giuseppe. Obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes and elaborated with the Classic Method, in contact with the lees for 24 months, this sparkling wine of Tasca d'Almerita has a fine and persistent perlage and is delicately creamy and extraordinarily fresh on the palate.

International Syrah and DOC Monreale
Fresh wine of excellent drinkability, the Syrah produced by Tasca d'Almerita in the Sallier de la Tour estate represents the most varietal and identity-defining expression of the Monreale DOC territory. In fact, this international vine has perfectly adapted to the very hot but windy climate and clayey soil of Monreale (Vigna Ex-Pereto).

Typical Sicilian wine with Mediterranean aromas
Produced in the Monreale area, Inzolia Sallier de la Tour is a fresh and drinkable wine, obtained from the traditional white vinification of 100% Inzolia grapes. It is in particular this autochthonous white grape variety that gives us Sicilian wine with the typical Mediterranean aromas of orange blossom, lemon flowers and almonds.

Fresh and Mediterranean wine with a pleasant drinkability
Obtained from 100% Grillo grapes, the Grillo of the Sallier de la Tour estate is a light white wine suitable for both an aperitif and throughout the meal. Tasca d'Almerita gives us a mineral and Mediterranean Grillo, balanced and harmonious on the palate. Freshness and drinkability make this Grillo irresistible.
