The wine has great structure, deep red in color with a notable persistence on the palate. Following the vinification, the wine remained for fourteen months in small French barrique and once bottled underwent an additional 10 months of cellaring.

The Cerasuolo di Vittoria D.O.C.G. to which give also a particular value because it represents the territory, is constituted by the most known nero d'Avola and by the frappato.
