Produced according to the ancestral method in Bolgheri, Michè di Michele Satta is a Sangiovese vinified in rosé. After aging in amphorae, it slowly referments in the bottle, developing a natural sparklingness.

Rosso di Marco is made with 100% Pignatello grapes, also known as Perricone, a black traditional grape of Western Sicily, almost disappeared, taking its name from the so called “pignatiddare“, the terra rossa of the province of Trapani, well suited to this variety, and traditionally used to craft terracotta cooking pots “pignatte”.

Brilliant ruby red, compound, with soft and elegant texture. Fruity aromas, balanced with herbal notes. Interesting final.Food pairings: Medium-aged cheese, lamb chops, roasted pheasant.

Aged in French barriques for six months, this is a young wine with a versatility that makes it perfect for everyday use. 

Produced with Sangiovese grapes from the estate’s most suitable vineyard, is a Morellino di Scansano “Cru”. Powerful and also warm and enveloping, it gives new astonishing territorial sensations to this noble variety. 

Produced with Sangiovese and a small amount of Malvasia Nera, Colorino and Merlot, it is characterized by a balance of elegance and complexity, which make this wine a magnificent example of the “terroir”.
