Passobianco 2020 is a vintage of excellent quality and it is characterized by freshness, good acidity and minerality. Its complexity is due to the combination of specific light conditions, temperature range, high altitude and volcanic soil that are found only on Etna.

The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.

The Merlot by Principe di Corleone is made from 100% Merlot grapes which prosper to own vineyards of Corleone. He matures for 6 months in the bottle. His colour is intensely ruby-red, his bouquet reminds of ripe forest fruits and fine marks of flowers. In the mouth it is dry, warm and round, with a strong personality.
