Nocellara Etnea 2020 is an intense and harmonious monocultivar oil from Etna, fruity and elegant, characterized by scents of cut grass and artichoke. The harmonious balance between bitter and spicy makes this oil particularly pleasant on the palate.

This dry spumante with rich and fine pérlage and intense and delicate perfume, springs up from a particular “cru” of Chardonnay produced in the vineyard. One perceives well blended, blod yeast tones, and notes of crust of bread and acacia honey in an elegant harmony. Fresh and fragrant-tasting, it has an equilibrated and aristocratic taste. 

Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from Pantelleria
From the native Sicilian cultivar Biancolilla, Donnafugata produces a delicate olive oil from centuries-old olive trees grown on Pantelleria. Extra virgin olive oil of extraordinary elegance, Biancolilla is a slightly fruity oil, with aromas of ribbed tomatoes, aromatic herbs, rosemary and thyme. A light and versatile oil that excels on fish, salads and in delicate preparations such as gourmet mayonnaise.

The typical notes of White Moscato seem to express their best in this Spumante. Pleasant floreal notes remind one of white roses, from which the choise of name, blend happily with fruity hints which give this spumante completely unique characteristics. 

Milleanni Donnafugata - Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Milleanni 2021 is an extra virgin olive oil with great personality and elegance, characterized by a pleasantly fruity bouquet with bitter and spicy chasing each other harmoniously. A versatile oil that excels drizzled over meat, fish, even delicate, and vegetable dishes.

The extra virgin olive oil "Il Feudo" is an excellent quality organic oil, mainly obtained from the "minuta" variety, and cold extracted through the Superdecanter X15 of the Tuscan Mechanical Workshops, thanks to which the oil is free of impurities and it preserves its organoleptic characteristics since it does not undergo a further passage in the final separator.

Masseria Biologica Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a superior quality organic oil, cold extracted and obtained from "Verdello", a low yield cultivar that gives a very valuable oil.

Our Grillo wine is grown on the slopes of Mount Erice, a provenance of the happiest union between cultivation and land. This is a sunny wine with unique characteristics.

The noble Shiraz grape variety rediscovers its natural habitat in Sicily. It expresses itself as a wine strengthened by its softly shaped perfumes. This is a wine which arouses an intensity of sensations and which recalls the heat of our sun. 

This wine spings from the strongest and generous Sicilian vine, the Nero d’Avola, raised with care and passion on the slopes of the Mount Erice. It collects in itself the body and the sunny character from the land of origin. 

“PietraSacra” comes from the magical meeting of noble vines, it is an elegant vintage of great depth. Its structure is rich, concentrated, mature and well developed, characterized by intense and longlasting perfumes. Its predominant personality, softly mitigated by the Sicilian terroir, gives this wine great charm and a velvet persuasiveness.
