This liqueur is the result of a patient process that uses selected raw materials and first choice ingredients. A traditional recipe prepared for slow infusion of fresh Sicilian lemons and orange blossom honey.

Nebros is an homemade alcoholic digestive bitter produced in a natural way according to an ancient recipe that preserves all the vegetable components of the bitter, with the infusion of roots, medicinal plants, berries and natural aromas.This bitter is produced without adding any additives.

It is obtained by the natural maceration in alcohol of the peel of lemons, oranges and tangerines. These ingredients give the liqueur a strong aroma as well as a very strong taste. Citrus fruit should be enjoyed both as an aperitif and as a digestive after meals.

Hazelnut cream is a typical Sicilian liqueur obtained from a craftsmanship with the selection of first choice materials and natural ingredients, such as Sicilian hazelnuts.

Myrtle Liqueur contains all the perfume of Mediterranean brush.  Is made from the berries (red myrtle) and leaves (white myrtle) of Myrtus Communis. 

Liqueur with an innovative and original taste that combines the sweetness of cocoa with the fresh notes of real Sicilian oranges. This liqueur should be served cold or at room temperature.

Walnut liqueur is dark in colour, aromatic and quite fiery in taste.Is a liqueur with a delicate and round flavour of walnuts. Serve or straight from the freezer, or try it in an expresso or cappuccino.

Prugnolino (little plum) is genuine liqueur typical of Nebrodi.The authentic one is obtained from a blackthorn variety, a wild berry which gives the liqueur a strong and distinct flavour, delightful in its slightly mouth-puckering aftertaste.

This is a truly distinctive Liqueur. At first the spicy cinnamon flavour dominates, but then the flavour of the herbs comes through for a real taste experience…… and a cool, smooth finish. Cinnamon Red is at its best when drunk straight and chilled, but is also a great base for creating extra-ordinary cocktails.

Appreciated for making cocktails and long drinks, the pomegranate liqueur is an artisan liqueur made with pomegranates of the Sicilian variety Wonderful.

Only the best Moscato (100%) grapes are selected, grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto. The grapes are dried producing a wine golden in colour with intense and persistent perfume of oranges, peaches, apricots and orange flowers. Harmonious, gentle and elegant. On the palate it is quite sweet, fresh, well balanced, mounthfilling and persistent.

100% Viognier, we believe this excellent grape represents a wine for the future which is not yet very well known in Sicily. The wine shows the skills of the Sicilian winemaking techniques. The green harvest, the sun, the altitude and the meticulous selection of grapes are matured for three mounths in barriques, giving extra complexity to this wine.

The grapes Viognier (50%) and Insolia (50%), are grown at 650 metres above sea level on the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela; they are mixed together to produce a wine that is fresh and elegant wuth intense and persistent aromas; in the beginning there are floral notes, then slowly the change to tropical fruits.

The grapes Petit Verdot (100%) are grown at 650 metres above sea level in the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela. It is a rich and complex wine matured in Allier oak barrels for 14 mounths. Intense nose, lightly herbaceous with hints of liquorice, bitter cocoa and balsamic notes and spices. Intense red colour with a big strucureand persistent finish. Excellent axample of a great wine.

The grapes Nero D’Avola (100%) selected for Cembali are produced from vineyards (8625 wines per herctare) sligtly inclined on the Baroni Estate in the area of Noto, historically known for producing Nero D'Avola. The grapes are matured in Allier barriques for 14 mounths. Ruby colour with a complex aroma of black fruit and spices. Rich, deep and generous with a very long length.

Salici 100% Merlot, the grapes benefit from the difference in temperatures between day and night that is characteristic of the Pianetto area. After the vinification the wine is matured for 12 mounths in Allier oak barrels. Ruby colour with garnet hue, on the nose one detects blackberries, blackcurrants, vanilla and toasted bread.

The grapes Syrah are grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto, blended with the grapes Merlot, which are grown at 650 metres above sea level on the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela.

This wine is made from Nero D'Avola (50%), grown at 50 metres above sea level on the Baroni Estate in Noto, and Merlot (50%), grown at 650 metres above sea level in the Pianetto Estate in S. Cristina Gela.
