The Sicilian Black Bee Acacia Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a very sweet and delicate spring honey, with a straw yellow color. Highly digestible, it is sought after by diabetics because its sugar content is mainly due to fructose and therefore does not require insulin for its metabolization. It is also recommended for children.

Chestnut Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Chestnut Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Rich in mineral salts and with an intense flavor with a bitter aftertaste, chestnut honey is recommended for children and the elderly and for those suffering from anemia as it is rich in iron. It has disinfectant properties for the urinary tract and is suitable for diabetics because its sugar content is mainly due to fructose.

Eucalyptus Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, Sicilian Black Bee Eucalyptus Honey is a summer honey with balsamic and disinfectant properties. It is widely used to treat coughs, colds and laryngeal pharyngeal infections. It is a sweetly aromatic and balsamic honey. Eucalyptus honey can have a strong woody aftertaste but this version has a beautifully rounded mellow flavour with a subtle complex finish. Dark amber when warm and sets to a thick fine crystalline structure when cold.

Wildflower honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Wildflower Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Produced in several areas of Sicily, it is a widespread honey especially in the Nebrodi Mountains, an area rich in citrus fruits and botanicals typical of the Mediterranean maquis. In addition to being an excellent sweetener, wildflower honey is a Sicilian nectar suitable for flu thanks to its antibacterial properties.

The prickly pear honey is a natural product obtained from breeding of bees that collect nectar in the numerous plantations of Sicily. It is characterized by its extreme sweetness and the color yellow. It can be combined with cheese or intense flavor. Highly regarded for its therapeutic properties, excellent remedy for diseases of the liver and control of intestines.

Thyme Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Sicilian Black Bee Thyme Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a summer honey produced in the Ragusa area, from an aromatic plant widespread in the eastern Mediterranean. Thanks to its balsamic properties, thyme honey is a Sicilian nectar indicated for throat inflammations but it is also a powerful natural antiseptic for problems of the urinary and intestinal tract.

Sulla Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, Sulla Honey takes its name from the pollination of Sulla (Hedysarium coronarium), a perennial herbaceous plant, typical of the Mediterranean, belonging to legumes. It is a spring honey of Sicilian Black Bee. It has laxative and diuretic properties and is restorative and energizing. It is ideal for sportsmen and children.

Honey Lemon Blossom has a light color and an intense aroma of lemons from Sicily. Can be used as a sweetener to replace sugar. Has anti anemic and sedative properties, is an excellent emollient, and is useful for fatigue and convalescence.

This grappa is obtained from the marcs of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, of the vineyard of Serra dell Contessa Etna Red D.O.C. Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio are cultivated on the eastern slopes of Etna at 400 m asl.

Citrus Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey

Nectar produced in spring, has a light color and a delicate and pleasant taste. It tends to crystallize very soon. It has sedative and antispasmodic properties with a relaxing action.

Bramble Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Bramble Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Nectar produced in summer in the Messina and Palermo areas, has a dark amber color and a strong but pleasant taste. It is indicated for inflammation of the mouth.

Astragalus Nebrodensis is a plant of the Sicilian endemic flora located at about 1800 m above sea level. It has a thorny shrub and belongs to the Fabaceae family. The nectar produced is suitable for children because it has a very pleasant taste and strengthening properties. It is an excellent sweetener.

Dill Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Dill Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a summer honey produced in Sicily from an aromatic plant with a smell similar to fennel. Thanks to its digestive and antispasmodic properties, dill honey is a Sicilian nectar suitable for intestinal inflammation. Very rich in mineral salts, it is also a powerful natural antibacterial.

Carob Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Carob Honey from Sicilian Black Bees is a Slow Food Presidium. Produced in Sicily, it is a rare honey with limited quantities because it is a winter honey. Carob honey, like all winter honeys, is richer in antioxidants and polyphenols than other honeys. Crystallizing quickly, it takes on an almost creamy consistency similar to a toffee to slowly melt in the mouth. In addition to its diuretic and anti-anaemic properties, Sicilian black bee carob honey is a Sicilian nectar recommended for smokers because it is an excellent antiseptic for the respiratory tract.

Mandarin Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Mandarin Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Produced in Sicily, in the Palermo area, it is a very fragrant spring honey. Mandarin honey, like all spring honeys, is a delicate honey with a very pleasant aroma. Ciaculli Late Mandarin Honey from Ape Nera Sicula is a Sicilian nectar recommended for its calming properties.

Its name seems to attributed by the vine-grovers of Viagrande because of its characteristics of allowing a good, constant production over the years. The bunches, at ripeness, are of average length usually, and scattered; the grape is of medium-sized with very pruinose skin and a greenyellowish color. The pulp is juicy and the taste is simple and sweet. 

Organoleptic characteristics: - Color: pale yellowish with greenish tints. - Scent: intense, rich and fruity, of orange and lemon flower, and ripe apple. - Taste: dry, with pleasant acidity, nice aromatic persistence and after taste of anise and almond. 

It is a red wine of great structure and longevity. It comes from a careful selection and blend of our best varieties vinified separately: Nerello Mascalese, Nero d’Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is unmistakable and unique, reaching its highest in harmony and balance.

Color: red ruby with light tints garnet.Scent: ethereal, of fruit, spices, with a nuance of tobacco and vanilla.Taste: dry, full, tannic, balanced, persistent with flavor of licorice. Reasonably persistent and tannic

- Color: pale yellow. - Scent: intense, rich, full, fruity with scents of ripe apples, citrus, anise and bitter almond. - Taste: dry, harmonic, full-bodied, reasonably acidulous, with after taste of anise and almond.
