Leonia Beer is a perfect craft beer with medium and low seasoned meats and cheeses. It expresses complex notes of red fruits, yellow flowers (broom, lime, mimosa) and tropical fruits such as papaya and mango. In the mouth it has a lively and fragrant taste with hints of hops and malt.

Despina beer is a delicious craft beer with raw fish, fresh cheeses, crustaceans, pizzas, savory and rustic pies. Particularly suitable also as an aperitif.

The perfect balance between malt and hops, highlights notes of honey, licorice and tobacco. With a medium body and moderate carbonation, it releases a soft sweetness that releases a sweet and round taste to the palate.

Moriana is a dark, intriguing and refined beer, characterized by toasted and smoked malts on aged beech wood, with an intense and subtle foam. Smoky notes are perceived on the nose with hints of tobacco, leather and coffee.

Ipazia beer is soft on the palate, very pleasant, smooth and clean. The attack is almost sweet, the bitterness makes you wait when you arrive right at the end, fruity and citrusy. The bitterness of the hops remains and grows in the finish, remaining pleasantly with elegant sensations of herbaceous-citrusy bitterness.

Light straw yellow wine with greenish tints. The aroma is fresh and vegetable, with notes of broom and salt. The taste is fresh, lively and agreeable.

A pure, powerful merlot, Grammonte is full bodied with a persistent aftertaste. Dark, dense, ruby-red, with a refined flavour. With scents of ripe red fruit, morello cherries, black cherries and prunes, as well as floral notes, blended with some mineral nuances, graphite, tobacco and vanilla.

Cottanera have created a blend with 15% of international varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot), which definitely adds fruit and richness to this easy-going cuvee. The fruit is leathery, backed up by taut tannins, and there's an enticing spicy, vegetal note to the nose. Barrique aging has been well judged to round out the palate, without dominating it.

A good intensive rubin colour, Nume has clean perfumes of brushwood, blackberries, currant, that are woven with notes of chocolate and tobacco above a deep coolness of grasses.

Barbazzale Etna Rosso DOC - Cantina Cottanera
Among the red wines of Etna we offer Barbazzale from the Cottanera winery. Produced in the Castiglione di Sicilia area, on the northern slope of Etna, from native Nerello Mascalese grapes with a small percentage of Nerello Cappuccio, Barbazzale Rosso is a wine with mineral nuances, pleasantly fresh and with good acidity. Perfect to accompany an excellent pizza.

L'Ardenza Mondeuse Sicilia DOC - Cottanera

Ruby red in color with violet reflections, Syrah Sole di Sesta has notes of red fruit in good synergy with a fresh Mediterranean nuance and a base where spicy notes of chocolate and black pepper stand out. Produced in Castiglione di Sicilia, on the northern slope of Etna, Sole di Sesta is a warm and sunny Sicilian red wine with mineral finesse that is typical of volcanic soil.
