Brut sparkling wine as an aperitif
Tener Brut by Banfi is a sparkling wine produced in Piedmont, a cuvée made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes (over 50%) and Chardonnay, sparkling according to the Charmat Method. With a round taste, with character, it is a fruity sparkling wine with intense aromas and flavors thanks to the Sauvignon Blanc grapes rarely destined for sparkling wines. Excellent aperitif sparkling wine.

Classic Method Cuvée Aurora 100 Months Reserve 2011 - Banfi
Cuvée Aurora Alta Langa DOCG Riserva 2011 is a pas dosé Classic Method sparkling wine from Banfi Wineries. Produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, it is a Classic Method of great elegance and structure, combined with a lively acidity that gives it a rare freshness for a wine with such a long aging.

Sweet dessert sparkling wine
Rosa Regale White is a sweet sparkling wine obtained from the aromatic grapes of Moscato Bianco, a typical vine of lower Piedmont. Sparkling wine according to the Charmat Method, which involves refermentation in tanks, Rosa Regale is an Asti DOCG sparkling wine with a delicately sweet and well-balanced taste, excellent for closing meals and accompanying small fresh and dry pastries.

This is a fresh wine, which should be consumed within two years. The name refers to my family's Spanish origins and we produce 75,000 bottles of it.
The grapes are equal quantities of Catarratto and Inzolia, fermented separately. The wines are blended in November.

Syrah is grown in different ways in the winery, depending on the intended use for the grapes, so these grapes come from a sunnier area than the first but have quite a different plant yield, in order to ensure a concentration that will make this wine ready to rest a year in small oak barrels, which have been previously used for our third Syrah.

This is the second red wine of the range and, unlike the red label Syrah, it is a structured wine with the typical elegance of a Sicilian Bordeaux blend, therefore Nero d'Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

From the Tuscan vine par excellence, Sangiovese, in a blend with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, comes Summus, the Supertuscan of Castello Banfi. Produced in the Montalcino area and only in excellent vintages, Summus is a long-aging Tuscan red wine of great character, rare structure and extraordinary elegance.
