Champagne Brut Nature - Breton Corentin
Corentin Breton's Brut Nature is a dry, complex Champagne with a strong flavor but very drinkable. The name Brut Nature is given to Champagne for the residual sugar of less than or equal to 3 g/l and for this reason it is also called zero dosage or non-dosed. Brut Nature by Breton Corentin, from a good zero dosage, has a marked verticality in the mouth but also surprises for its harmony. Its expressiveness is excellent, enhanced by the addition of Chardonnay grapes to Pinot Noir.

Classic Method Cuvée Aurora 100 Months Reserve 2011 - Banfi
Cuvée Aurora Alta Langa DOCG Riserva 2011 is a pas dosé Classic Method sparkling wine from Banfi Wineries. Produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, it is a Classic Method of great elegance and structure, combined with a lively acidity that gives it a rare freshness for a wine with such a long aging.

Pinot Nero Eruzione 1614 is a cru of Etna produced from vineyards that grow above the lava flow of the famous eruption of 1614, which lasted 10 years.

100% Viognier, we believe this excellent grape represents a wine for the future which is not yet very well known in Sicily. The wine shows the skills of the Sicilian winemaking techniques. The green harvest, the sun, the altitude and the meticulous selection of grapes are matured for three mounths in barriques, giving extra complexity to this wine.
