Orange Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Orange Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Also known as orange blossom honey, orange honey is a very fragrant spring honey, one of the most popular table honeys. It is indicated for those suffering from insomnia for its sedative properties and is also an excellent healing agent for ulcers.

Acacia Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Acacia Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a very sweet and delicate spring honey, with a straw yellow color. Highly digestible, it is sought after by diabetics because its sugar content is mainly due to fructose and therefore does not require insulin for its metabolization. It is also recommended for children.

Nebros is an homemade alcoholic digestive bitter produced in a natural way according to an ancient recipe that preserves all the vegetable components of the bitter, with the infusion of roots, medicinal plants, berries and natural aromas.This bitter is produced without adding any additives.

It is obtained by the natural maceration in alcohol of the peel of lemons, oranges and tangerines. These ingredients give the liqueur a strong aroma as well as a very strong taste. Citrus fruit should be enjoyed both as an aperitif and as a digestive after meals.

Chestnut Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Chestnut Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Rich in mineral salts and with an intense flavor with a bitter aftertaste, chestnut honey is recommended for children and the elderly and for those suffering from anemia as it is rich in iron. It has disinfectant properties for the urinary tract and is suitable for diabetics because its sugar content is mainly due to fructose.

Hazelnut cream is a typical Sicilian liqueur obtained from a craftsmanship with the selection of first choice materials and natural ingredients, such as Sicilian hazelnuts.

Eucalyptus Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, Sicilian Black Bee Eucalyptus Honey is a summer honey with balsamic and disinfectant properties. It is widely used to treat coughs, colds and laryngeal pharyngeal infections. It is a sweetly aromatic and balsamic honey. Eucalyptus honey can have a strong woody aftertaste but this version has a beautifully rounded mellow flavour with a subtle complex finish. Dark amber when warm and sets to a thick fine crystalline structure when cold.

Wildflower honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Wildflower Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Produced in several areas of Sicily, it is a widespread honey especially in the Nebrodi Mountains, an area rich in citrus fruits and botanicals typical of the Mediterranean maquis. In addition to being an excellent sweetener, wildflower honey is a Sicilian nectar suitable for flu thanks to its antibacterial properties.

Myrtle Liqueur contains all the perfume of Mediterranean brush.  Is made from the berries (red myrtle) and leaves (white myrtle) of Myrtus Communis. 

Liqueur with an innovative and original taste that combines the sweetness of cocoa with the fresh notes of real Sicilian oranges. This liqueur should be served cold or at room temperature.

Walnut liqueur is dark in colour, aromatic and quite fiery in taste.Is a liqueur with a delicate and round flavour of walnuts. Serve or straight from the freezer, or try it in an expresso or cappuccino.

Prugnolino (little plum) is genuine liqueur typical of Nebrodi.The authentic one is obtained from a blackthorn variety, a wild berry which gives the liqueur a strong and distinct flavour, delightful in its slightly mouth-puckering aftertaste.

This is a truly distinctive Liqueur. At first the spicy cinnamon flavour dominates, but then the flavour of the herbs comes through for a real taste experience…… and a cool, smooth finish. Cinnamon Red is at its best when drunk straight and chilled, but is also a great base for creating extra-ordinary cocktails.

Appreciated for making cocktails and long drinks, the pomegranate liqueur is an artisan liqueur made with pomegranates of the Sicilian variety Wonderful.

Thyme Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Sicilian Black Bee Thyme Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a summer honey produced in the Ragusa area, from an aromatic plant widespread in the eastern Mediterranean. Thanks to its balsamic properties, thyme honey is a Sicilian nectar indicated for throat inflammations but it is also a powerful natural antiseptic for problems of the urinary and intestinal tract.

Sulla Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, Sulla Honey takes its name from the pollination of Sulla (Hedysarium coronarium), a perennial herbaceous plant, typical of the Mediterranean, belonging to legumes. It is a spring honey of Sicilian Black Bee. It has laxative and diuretic properties and is restorative and energizing. It is ideal for sportsmen and children.

Honey Lemon Blossom has a light color and an intense aroma of lemons from Sicily. Can be used as a sweetener to replace sugar. Has anti anemic and sedative properties, is an excellent emollient, and is useful for fatigue and convalescence.

Citrus Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Slow Food Presidium, the citrus honey of "Sicilian Black Bee" is produced on mixed citrus blooms with a pleasant flavor and a typical aroma of flowers. Nectar produced in spring, has a light color and a delicate and pleasant taste. It tends to crystallize very soon. It has sedative and antispasmodic properties with a relaxing action.

Bramble Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Sicilian Black Bee Bramble Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Nectar produced in summer in the Messina and Palermo areas, has a dark amber color and a strong but pleasant taste. It is indicated for inflammation of the mouth.

Thistle Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Sicilian Black Bee Thistle Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. Healthy nectar produced in spring in the Messina, Palermo and Trapani areas, it has a light color, which darkens when it crystallizes, and a strong flavor. It has digestive and detoxifying properties for the liver.

Astragalus Nebrodensis Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
Astragalus Nebrodensis Black Bee honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a very rare mountain summer honey. Astragalus Nebrodensis is a plant of the Sicilian endemic flora located at about 1800 m above sea level. It has a thorny shrub and belongs to the Fabaceae family. The nectar produced is suitable for children because it has a very pleasant taste and strengthening properties. It is an excellent sweetener.

The Sicilian Black Bee Dill Honey is a Slow Food Presidium. It is a summer honey produced in Sicily from an aromatic plant with a smell similar to fennel. Thanks to its digestive and antispasmodic properties, dill honey is a Sicilian nectar suitable for intestinal inflammation. Very rich in mineral salts, it is also a powerful natural antibacterial.

Carob Honey - Sicilian Black Bee Honey
The Carob Honey from Sicilian Black Bees is a Slow Food Presidium. Produced in Sicily, it is a rare honey with limited quantities because it is a winter honey. Carob honey, like all winter honeys, is richer in antioxidants and polyphenols than other honeys.
