Blend obtained by Chardonnay, Jacquère and Altesse, the Brut Crémant de Savoie will enchant your aperitifs with a lot of freshness and simplicity. Chardonnay gives it substance and finesse. The Jacquère and the Altesse gives it its typicity and originality.

Champagne Brut Nature - Breton Corentin
Corentin Breton's Brut Nature is a dry, complex Champagne with a strong flavor but very drinkable. The name Brut Nature is given to Champagne for the residual sugar of less than or equal to 3 g/l and for this reason it is also called zero dosage or non-dosed. Brut Nature by Breton Corentin, from a good zero dosage, has a marked verticality in the mouth but also surprises for its harmony. Its expressiveness is excellent, enhanced by the addition of Chardonnay grapes to Pinot Noir.

Traditional Method Brut Rosé Rubis - Jean Vullien Winery
Rubis Brut Rosé is a Traditional Method sparkling wine from the Jean Vullien winery. Obtained from Gamay and Mondeuse grapes, it is a Savoy Brut that will win you over for its freshness and simplicity. Excellent as an aperitif or dessert.

For this wine, we rely on the oldest vines in the Podere Massoni vineyard, planted on shaley-clay soils, on a low yield of 70 quintals per hectare, and a fairly late harvest date (mid October).

Pezat Blanc is a dry white Bordeaux produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with the addition of Muscadelle which gives it an exotic note. It is a fresh and fruity wine with a refreshing finish.

Freshness and purity of the terroir distinguish Jacquère from the Jean Vullien winery. It is a white wine from Savoy with a delicate but intense flavor due to its minerality.

Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a well-structured red wine, produced from Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes, mainly grown in the Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella vineyard.

Ripasso Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC - Zenato Winery
From the Ripasso method comes Zenato's Ripassa Valpolicella, a refined, full-bodied and very velvety wine, the result of the best selection of Valpolicella "re-passed" on the Amarone pomace. The second short fermentation enriches this Venetian wine in aroma, structure and softness, making it one of the most important wines of the Zenato winery.

The Amarone is a small jewel of Zenato's wines, made from outstanding corvina, rondinella and sangiovese grapes of the Valpolicella Classico zone, in the communes of Sant’Ambrogio, Negrar, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano.
