Charme Rosé is produced from Sicilian autochthonous black grape varieties, harvested before complete ripening to safeguard its aroma and acidity. Natural Passito Ecrù - Firriato Winery
The Ecrù is a natural sweet wine of unusual finesse, produced from Zibibbo grapes. The uniqueness of the L'Ecrù Passito is given by the method of infusing the raisin grapes into the wine, without prolonged, interrupted and distributed fermentation. The grapes in contact with the wine swell and release their aromas for a passito of incomparable balance. On the palate the aromatic notes of orange blossom and lemongrass manifest themselves and are delicately combined with the aroma of dates and orange peel.
