Nebros is an homemade alcoholic digestive bitter produced in a natural way according to an ancient recipe that preserves all the vegetable components of the bitter, with the infusion of roots, medicinal plants, berries and natural aromas.This bitter is produced without adding any additives.

Catarratto Chardonnay by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine, with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and hints of Sicilian white flowers. Intense, fruity with remarkable character. Fresh and persistent on the palate.

The Pinot Bianco of Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine obtained from the homonymous vine. It is a wine for the whole meal, it goes pleasantly with appetizers, aperitifs, dishes based on fish and shellfish, soups and soft cheeses. Drunk chilled, it is an excellent aperitif.

Inzolia by Principe di Corleone is a Sicilian white wine with a deep straw yellow color. Intense and harmonious bouquet with hints of fruit and white flowers. Fresh, lively, harmonious and persistent flavour.

The Chardonnay by the Principe di Corleone winery is made from grapes from low-yield vineyards. The soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at low temperatures give rise to a wine full of personality, structure and refinement.

Made from Nero d'Avola, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes, Il Rosso by the Principe di Corleone winery is a typical red wine from Sicily. It fascinates for its ruby red color and for its intense, very complicated, elegant, warm and dry taste. The Merlot by Principe di Corleone is made from 100% Merlot grapes which prosper to own vineyards of Corleone. He matures for 6 months in the bottle. His colour is intensely ruby-red, his bouquet reminds of ripe forest fruits and fine marks of flowers. In the mouth it is dry, warm and round, with a strong personality. A great red wine from Sicily.
