Produced with discontinuous artisan distillation in copper steam stills and without dyes, it is left to age for over 18 months in barriques and small barrels. Nonino Quintessentia is a Amaro with a great personality that has conquered mixologists from all over the world. Quintessentia was born in Friuli from an ancient recipe of the Nonino family handed down from generation to generation and enriched with ÙE, Grape Distillate aged in barriques for a minimum of 12 months. The Cup of Igea is depicted on its label to honor the origin of this extraordinary bitter born as a medicinal remedy.

Prunella Nonino Mandorlata – Artisan distillation
Originally called Prugna Mandorlata, Nonino Prunella Mandorlata is a light and delicate liqueur created according to the ancient and original recipe of Antonio Nonino. Prunella Mandorlata is the ideal liqueur to accompany small pastries, chocolate or dried fruit.

Cavanera Ripa di Scorciavacca is a Bianco Etna DOC cru that encapsulates in its intense and refined bouquet the aromas and complexity of a unique terroir in the field of Sicilian viticulture—the Etna Volcano. Firriato white, a union of Carricante and Catarratto. The vines’ strength give the wine a decisive character, with a balanced acidity and softness and an extraordinary potential longevity.

Brut Saint Germain sparkling wine - Firriato Winery
Sparkling with the Charmat Method, Saint Germain by Firriato is a Brut, a blend of grillo and catarratto grapes. Its freshness and minerality make it lively, elegant and pleasantly drinkable sparkling wine.

Charme Rosé is produced from Sicilian autochthonous black grape varieties, harvested before complete ripening to safeguard its aroma and acidity. The vinification in white with a brief contact with the skins and the sparkling process with fermentation in autoclave respectively give it the characteristic pink color and an extroverted and brilliant character.

Natural Passito Ecrù - Firriato Winery
The Ecrù is a natural sweet wine of unusual finesse, produced from Zibibbo grapes. The uniqueness of the L'Ecrù Passito is given by the method of infusing the raisin grapes into the wine, without prolonged, interrupted and distributed fermentation. The grapes in contact with the wine swell and release their aromas for a passito of incomparable balance. On the palate the aromatic notes of orange blossom and lemongrass manifest themselves and are delicately combined with the aroma of dates and orange peel.

Harmonium Firriato - Three crus of Nero d'Avola
Sicilian red wine with great personality and a Mediterranean imprint, Harmonium Firriato was born out of an act of love towards Sicily and her most important native red grape variety. It is a great Sicilian Cuvée of three Nero d'Avola crus. With a dark and dense ruby red color, it offers wonderful hints of red fruit, with plum and black cherry in evidence. Harmonium is a powerful, warm, sunny wine, with velvety and noble tannins.

It is even more intense and with a deep ruby red colour, beautiful notes of mature red fruits, and an underlying hint of spices conferred by these exceptional grapes. The palate notes the caressing elegant tannins that give it a long, warm persistent finish, making it stand out in a world context.

Ribeca by Firriato is a Sicilian red wine from Perricone grapes, a variety that is not very widespread today, with a strong, clear and at the same time gentle character. The taste is afascinating, rich and warm with soft and delicate tannins.

Chiaramonte Nero d'Avola is the personification of Sicily's most important native grape variety - from its intense purple colour to its unmistakable character. Made from 100% Nero d'Avola, the nose is a rush of black fruits and spices. The palate is extraordinary round and complete, with a completely natural and effortless balance of tannin and acidity, structure and lenght.
